Situation: Saddleback Church approached us to market their P.E.A.C.E. Plan and Finishing the Task events. These outreach programs rely on targeting key church leadership members in specific geographic areas.
Strategy: We crafted highly-focused digital and social marketing campaigns to target key members of the mission community, including church mission leaders, third party mission organizations and lead pastors. For one campaign, we focused solely on stakeholders located in Central America, driving attendance at a conference in Costa Rica. For a subsequent campaign, we sought out key decision-makers in the United States for conferences taking place in Southern California. Our targeting relied on utilizing client and third party lists to create specialized mirror audiences in digital and social, which we could foster and refine throughout each campaign.
Impact: Based on our ability to drive interest and sign-ups for conferences, we were tapped by Saddleback Church in 2020 to promote its Easter Pastor Prayer Gathering, a virtual version of its annual pastor outreach that takes place the week prior to Easter services. With only ten days to create assets and set up the account, our team successfully helped drive more than a million viewers from around the world to the online event.
